1. Preparation phase

4. Cutting and packaging
The cured plates enter the sawing area, where the follow-up sawing machine cuts them to the specified length according to the order requirements. The cut plates go through turning, stacking, and other processes and finally enter the packaging area for packing, labeling, and other operations to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation.
5. Recording and monitoring
During the production process, operators need to record production process data in real-time, such as raw material consumption and equipment operation status, and conduct full-process quality monitoring to ensure that the product meets quality standards.
