The working principle of metal tile manufacturing machine mainly involves the key steps such as raw material conveying, forming and curing.
In the manufacturing process, first of all, the raw material mixer will mix various metal powders, binders and other raw materials in proportion. This step ensures the consistency of the physical and chemical properties of the tile raw material, laying a foundation for the subsequent molding and curing process.
The well-mixed raw material is then fed into the extruder. The extruder squeezes the raw material into a flat plate of un-cured tile material through the die head. These materials have a certain flexibility and plasticity, which facilitates subsequent molding treatment.
Next, the unhardened tile materials are fed into the tile forming machine. Inside the machine, the upper and lower molds engage with each other, working together to press the tile materials under pressure until they are fully formed. Meanwhile, the power unit drives the upper and lower conveyor belts to rotate, ensuring that the molds and tile materials continuously move within the machine until the materials are completely hardened and shaped.
At the outlet of the tile forming machine, the upper and lower molds are separated from each other in the biting state, and the formed tiles are then sent out. At this time, the tiles have completed the curing process and formed finished metal tiles with certain strength and durability.
In addition, to improve production efficiency and product quality, the metal tile manufacturing line may also be equipped with an automatic cutter. The automatic cutter automatically cuts the formed tiles according to the set length requirements to ensure that each tile is precisely the same size.
To sum up, the metal tile manufacturing machine realizes the efficient and automatic production of metal tiles through raw material mixing, extrusion molding, pressing molding and curing.
