1. Equipment preparation: Before starting up, check whether the power connection is stable and whether all components are loose or damaged. Ensure that the area around the equipment is open and free of obstacles that may affect operation.
2. Material placement: Place the board to be processed steadily at the feeding port, and the size of the board should meet the equipment processing specifications. Adjust the feeding device to ensure that the sheet can smoothly enter the processing area.
3. Parameter setting: According to the design requirements of the cable tray, set cutting length, bending angle, punching position and other parameters on the operation panel. The parameter settings should be accurate and can be checked multiple times.
4. Start processing: After confirming that everything is ready, press the start button. The equipment starts to operate automatically, performing cutting, bending, punching and other processes on the sheet metal. During the processing, operators need to closely monitor the operating status of the equipment.
5. Finished product collection: After processing, the finished product is sent out from the discharge port. Collect finished products in a timely manner and arrange them according to specifications.
