1. Preparation before startup: Carefully check whether the connections of each component of the equipment are stable, whether the screws are loose, and whether the tension of the transmission chain and belt is appropriate. Confirm that the power supply or power source connection is normal, and that the voltage, air pressure, and other parameters meet the operating requirements of the equipment. Clean the surface and working area of the equipment, remove debris, dust, etc., to prevent them from entering the equipment and affecting its operation. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to each lubrication point to ensure that the operating components of the equipment are well lubricated and reduce wear.
2. During operation: Start the equipment strictly according to the operating procedures, observe the operation of each part of the equipment after starting, listen for any abnormal sounds, and check whether the instrument display parameters are normal. When adding raw materials, it is necessary to ensure that the materials are flat, without bending or deformation, and that the feeding speed is uniform and stable to avoid equipment jamming or product quality defects caused by feeding problems. Pay close attention to the quality of the formed purlins, such as dimensional accuracy, surface flatness, etc., and adjust equipment parameters in a timely manner if problems are found. It is strictly prohibited for operators to perform dangerous operations such as cleaning and maintenance during equipment operation. If adjustments are needed, the machine must be stopped first.
3. Maintenance after shutdown: After the equipment has finished running, cut off the power or source first. After the equipment has completely stopped running, clean the remaining iron filings, oil stains and other impurities on the equipment to prevent corrosion. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment and replace any damaged or severely worn components in a timely manner. Regularly maintain the equipment, such as checking electrical components, calibrating molds, etc., to ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition and ready for next use.
