The road guardrail rolling forming machine mainly processes metal sheets into specific shapes of road guardrails through a series of orderly mechanical operations.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, in the feeding process, the metal sheet is placed on the feeding device, and through the automatic feeding mechanism, the sheet is uniformly and stably fed into the main machine. The feeding speed can be precisely adjusted according to production requirements and board characteristics.
Next, the board enters the rolling forming part of the host. There are multiple roller molds designed according to specific shapes and sizes installed inside the host, which cooperate with each other. When the board passes between the rollers, the rollers apply continuous pressure to the board, gradually changing its shape. From the initial flat plate, through continuous rolling with multiple rollers, gradually form the waveform, groove or other specific contour required for highway guardrails. The design and arrangement of the rollers have been carefully calculated to ensure the shape accuracy and dimensional consistency of each rolling process.
Then, after rolling forming, the formed guardrail will enter the cutting device. The cutting device accurately cuts the continuous guardrail into the required standard length using a cutting tool based on pre-set length parameters.
In addition, to ensure the stability of the production process and product quality, the equipment is also equipped with an automatic control system. The system monitors the operating parameters of each link in real-time, such as feeding speed, roller pressure, cutting length, etc., and can adjust them in a timely manner based on feedback data, thereby achieving efficient, accurate, and stable production of highway guardrails.
