Automatic rolling forming machines are commonly used in industries such as ceramics and glass, and their usage is as follows:
Preparation before startup
1. Equipment inspection: Carefully inspect the appearance of the equipment for any damage and ensure that all connecting components are secure. Check for wear or cracks in key components such as rolling heads and molds. If there are any problems, they should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.
2. Lubrication treatment: Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the transmission components of the equipment, such as chains and guide rails, to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear.
3. Mold installation: Select a suitable mold based on the shape and size of the product, accurately install the mold on the workbench, and fix it tightly with bolts and other tools to ensure that the mold will not loosen during the rolling process.
Operation process
1. Material preparation: Prepare suitable blanks according to product requirements, ensuring that the moisture, plasticity, and other indicators of the blanks meet the requirements. Place the blank in the center of the mold.
2. Parameter setting: Set rolling speed, pressure, time and other parameters on the operation panel. Different products require different parameters, which need to be precisely adjusted according to the actual situation. For example, in the production of thin-walled ceramic products, the rolling speed can be slightly faster and the pressure moderate.
3. Start the device: After confirming that all preparations are correct, press the start button. The rolling head will roll the billet according to the set path and parameters. During the process, the operator should closely observe the rolling situation, such as whether the billet is uniformly stressed and whether there are any missing materials.
Shutdown and maintenance
1. Shutdown operation: After the rolling is completed, first shut down the movement of the rolling head, and then turn off the power of the equipment.
2. Equipment cleaning: Promptly clean the remaining impurities such as blanks and debris on the equipment, especially the rolling head and mold, to prevent material drying and affecting the next use. Regularly conduct comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of equipment to extend its service life.
