The roof panel rolling forming machine is mainly composed of feeding system, feeding system, forming system, cutting system, electrical control system and other parts.
Material release system: usually composed of a material release rack and a material release shaft. The feeding rack is used to support the roll material and ensure its stable placement. The feeding shaft is inserted into the center of the coil, allowing the coil to unfold smoothly and providing raw materials for subsequent processing. The system can be adjusted according to the weight and size of the coil, ensuring a smooth and continuous feeding process.
Feeding system: including feeding rollers and power devices. The feeding roller tightly contacts the sheet and drives the sheet forward by friction. The power device provides power for feeding, accurately controls the feeding speed and length, ensures the accuracy and stability of sheet conveying, and enables the sheet to accurately enter the forming system.
Molding system: This is the core part of the equipment, consisting of multiple sets of molding molds. Each set of molds is specifically designed based on the shape and size of the roof panel. By sequentially extruding, bending, and other processing the panels, the flat materials are gradually molded into the desired shape of the roof panel, such as wavy, trapezoidal, etc., to ensure that the formed roof panel meets the requirements of building use.
Cutting system: When the roof panel is formed to the set length, the cutting system starts working. It consists of a cutting tool and a driving device. The driving device provides sufficient power to quickly cut the board with the tool, resulting in a flat cutting surface and ensuring that the length of the roof panel accurately meets the standard.
Electronic control system: responsible for controlling and monitoring the operation of the entire equipment. The operator can set various parameters through the electronic control system, such as feeding speed, forming times, cutting length, etc. At the same time, it also has fault diagnosis and alarm functions. Once the equipment malfunctions, it can promptly issue an alarm and display fault information, making it convenient for maintenance personnel to quickly locate and eliminate faults, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the equipment.
