Both cold-formed steel and steel pipe can be hot-dip galvanized to achieve good rust resistance, but the price of hot-dip galvanizing is calculated according to the tonnage of steel. Cold-formed steel is lighter in weight among the same structural parts, which can save more than half of the hot-dip galvanizing At the same time, because the cold-formed steel is formed after hot-dip plating in the steel plate state, the thickness uniformity and surface gloss of the hot-dip plating in the steel plate state are much better than that of the round tube hot-dip plating.

The appearance is beautiful and modern, the overall structural strength is stronger, and the load-bearing capacity is far greater than that of the previous steel pipes. The skeleton is all produced by stereotyped equipment, easy to install, no solder joints, and will not rust for a long time. There is no need for pillars in the middle of the span frame within 10 meters, which greatly increases the cultivated area, saves labor and increases work efficiency.
