The main motor and oil pump motor of the cold-formed steel equipment should be filled with or replaced the lubricating grease of the front and rear bearings every six months according to the maintenance requirements of the motor; all the bearings of the unit run at low speed, so all use No. 3 calcium-based lubricating grease. smooth. It should be checked and increased every six months, and it should be cleaned and replaced once a year.
The transmission chain and sprocket of the cold-formed steel equipment are also running at low speed, so it is enough to add L-ckc-150 gear oil every half month. Chains and sprockets should be cleaned regularly. That is to remove the sludge and dirt on it to extend the service life, remove the sprocket cover when cleaning, after cleaning, refill the lubricating oil, and then install the sprocket cover.
Before the cold-formed steel equipment is started, it must be filled with L-ckc-150 gear oil in the cycloidal pinwheel reduction box to the position indicated by the oil mark. Usually pay attention to check, do not make the oil tank short of oil; the gear oil in the reduction box should be replaced once a year.
