3. Start up production and manufacturing: Actual operators should focus their attention, accurately measure the thickness and total width of the sheet at any time and anywhere, immediately adjust the injection rate and roller pitch to ensure that the sheet thickness is uniform, and surface scratches, flesh bumps, and uneven cutting edges are not allowed.

4. When lifting, pay attention to consistency in size, and ensure a smooth and neat surface.

5. If common faults occur during the entire operation of the machine and equipment, it should be immediately shut down and notified to the equipment maintenance personnel for repair.

6. Carefully keep various production and manufacturing records and handover records.

7. After completing the work, clean and tidy the machinery and equipment, cut off the power, and clean the on-site environment.
