1. Equipment structure introduction: The cold bending profile forming machine mainly consists of a feeding device, a forming head, a cutting mechanism, and an electrical control system. The feeding device includes components such as casters, material racks, and hydraulic lifting devices. The forming machine head includes components such as frames, wheels, large wheels, small wheels, and molds. The cutting mechanism includes components such as knives, locators, and driving systems. The electrical control system includes components such as PLC controllers, displays, buttons, and power supplies. The above parts need to be carefully inspected and maintained in good condition to ensure the normal operation and production efficiency of the equipment.

2. Operation step (1) Place the rolling plate on the feeding device and transport it to the forming machine head to ensure that the plate belt accurately enters the machine; (2) Adjust the gap between the feeding device and the forming machine head to ensure the smooth passage of the matching strip; (3) Adjust the gap between the wheel disc of the machine head and the large wheel hub to better curl and shape the plate and strip; (4) Press the start button to start the device running; (5) Observe the operation of the equipment, promptly identify and solve any problems; (6) After the molding is completed, use scissors to cut the strip and store or transport the finished product.

3. Precautions (1) Before use, the equipment shall be fully maintained, and all parts shall be checked for normal operation to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition; (2) During operation, the user manual of the equipment should be followed and the operating steps should be strictly followed; (3) Regularly inspect the equipment for looseness and abnormalities, and promptly detect and handle them; (4) During the operation process, it is necessary to avoid oil stains and impurities from entering the equipment, in order to avoid affecting the quality of the finished product and the lifespan of the equipment; (5) Operators should wear protective clothing and safety shoes to avoid any possible injury; (6) The equipment may generate certain noise and vibration during operation, and relevant safety operation regulations should be followed to avoid personnel coming into contact with the equipment; (7) After use, the surface and interior of the equipment should be cleaned in a timely manner for future use.
