1. During normal operation of the cold rolling mill, always check whether there is lubricating oil in the gearbox. Develop good habits, regularly check the parts with lubricating oil, keep sufficient lubricating oil for the equipment, and add lubricating oil according to the refueling position given by us, neither too much nor too little. Adding too much lubricating oil will increase the resistance of gears, and the lubricating oil will splash around, causing unnecessary waste; If there is too little lubricating oil, the gear may not be lubricated, and long time will cause temperature rise and damage to the gear.
2. Quality of lubricating oil for cold rolling mill. Check the gearbox regularly, dip it with a vernier to see if the lubricating oil is clean. If the oil quality is bright and colored, it means that the lubricating oil is qualified and can be used continuously. If it turns dark black, it means that dust enters the gearbox of the cold rolling mill. When replacing the lubricating oil, check the sealing condition of the gearbox. The deterioration of lubricating oil quality will also affect the lubrication effect of gears, and excessive oil quality will also cause high temperature and undercut.
3. Always add butter to the bearing box. At both ends of the cold rolling mill frame, the bearing boxes of the rolls are also very important parts, which determine the normal operation of the rolls of the cold rolling mill and the qualification of the finished products. Therefore, it is necessary to add butter to these bearing parts regularly with a butter spray gun to avoid insufficient lubrication at the shaft end. Butter adding holes are left at all parts of the bearing box, which is convenient for operation.
