The roller press is designed based on the principle of material bed grinding, and its main features are: high pressure, full speed, full material, and material bed crushing. The roller press is composed of two extrusion rollers that rotate synchronously in opposite directions, one is a fixed roller and the other is a movable roller.
The material is fed from above the two rollers, and is continuously brought into the roll space by the extrusion roller. After being subjected to a high pressure of 100-150MPa, it becomes a dense material cake and is discharged from the machine. The discharged cake contains a certain proportion of fine-grained finished products. A large number of cracks are generated inside non finished particles, improving the grindability of the material, and further crushing can greatly reduce grinding energy consumption.
The material passing through the grinding roller is mainly divided into three stages: full material density, laminated crushing, and agglomeration discharge stage.
