The cold rolling forming machine consists of a working mechanism and a transmission mechanism, among which:

The installation method and structure of the cold rolling forming machine are the same. The main transmission part adopts a structural form of "motor → reducer → universal shaft → rolling mill". Both rolling mills are horizontal rolling mills with horizontally installed rollers. The cold rolling forming machine adopts a gantry arch shape, with roller rings set on the roller shaft and fixed with nuts. Both ends of the roller shaft are equipped with bearing seats, which are installed in the middle of the gantry frame. The bearing seats and gantry arch frame are installed together, and the rollers are horizontally fixed in the middle of the gantry frame. The upper and lower rollers are installed in the middle of the gantry frame in the same way. The first stage reducing mill flattens raw materials, extrudes crescent shaped double-sided ribbed steel bars through the second stage forming mill, and twists the guide rail to adjust the rolled piece, achieving an elliptical rolled piece after the first stage rolling. The cold rolling forming machine uses an electric motor to drive the steel bars, and the bearing roller and working roller of the cold rolling forming machine jointly apply force to both sides of the steel bars. The purpose of rolling cold rolled ribbed steel bars with different diameters is achieved by changing the gap size between the two rollers.



① Bearing roller: The bearing roller of the cold rolling forming machine is closest to the frame. When producing ribbed steel bars, the roller serves to support the steel bars and distribute the weight of the steel bars and the work roller evenly. Scattered on the load-bearing rollers, resulting in ribbed patterns on the lower surface of the steel bars.



② Work roll: The work roll of the cold rolling forming machine is located at the top of the load-bearing roll and farthest from the frame, so the roll mainly plays a role in rolling the steel bars supported by the load-bearing roll during production. Ribbed steel bars make the upper surface of the steel bars ribbed.
