The following steps should be followed by using the hydraulic bending machine:
1. Preparation: To ensure the safety of the work area, wear appropriate protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, etc. Check that the hydraulic bending machine is in good condition with no obvious damage or failure.
2. Place placement: place the steel to be bent on the bending mold of the hydraulic bending machine to ensure that the material is placed smoothly without shaking or sliding.
3. Adjust the baffle: according to the required bending Angle, adjust the position of the baffle on both sides, so that it fits closely with the bending mold, to prevent the material from sliding in the bending process.
4. Start the hydraulic press: After confirming that the material is properly placed and the baffle is properly adjusted, start the hydraulic press and start the bending operation.
5. Observe the bending process: during the bending process, we should closely observe the deformation of the material to prevent the rupture of the material or the incorrect bending Angle. If any abnormal situation is found, the hydraulic press should stop immediately, check and solve the problem.
6. Complete bending: When the material bends to the required Angle, close the hydraulic press, remove the baffle, and take out the bent material.
7. Maintenance: After each use, the residual oil pollution and iron debris on the surface of the hydraulic bending machine should be cleaned up to keep the machine clean. Check the operation status of hydraulic bending regularly to ensure its normal operation.
