For a friend who has just entered the industry, or a customer who is particularly sensitive to price, it is found that the equipment we see is similar, all of which are racks, rollers, motors, unwinding, cutting, etc., and there seems to be no big difference. In fact, the big price difference is related to several aspects. Just like buying a mobile phone, it is also divided into configurations. So, because of the non-standard characteristics of the roll forming machine, what are the reasons for its price difference?
1. There are different prices for different degrees of automation. The higher the degree of automation, the higher the production cost. It requires a long production cycle, uses more electrical components, takes longer to debug, and costs more after sales. These are directly related to production costs.
Second, the complexity of the forming section is different from the size and price of the forming section. Generally speaking, the more complex the forming section is, the more troublesome the design is, the more auxiliary parts may be required, the number of roll passes of the roll forming machine will increase a lot, and the debugging time will be longer. If the cross section is too large, the upper and lower rolls will increase exponentially, and the cost will also increase exponentially.
3. Different materials and materials required to be used have different prices. The materials mentioned here mainly refer to the materials used for the roll forming machine, the punching die, etc. For example, rolls generally use Gcr15, Cr12, Cr12mov, and even 25# steel. Different mold materials will be used according to different steel strip materials produced, or different materials will be used according to customer requirements, which will directly affect the production cost of the equipment.
Fourth, the price of electrical appliances required to be assembled is different. Electrical appliances such as motors, PLCs, frequency converters, etc., different brands, the price difference is also quite big.
