Corrugated board manufacturing machine is a mechanical equipment used in the production of corrugated board, its working principle and structural design aims to efficiently process base paper into corrugated board with a specific corrugated shape. The corrugated manufacturing machine mainly consists of the following parts:
First, the base paper supply section, including the upper and lower paper holders, is used to store and supply the base paper used for the manufacture of corrugated cardboard. The base paper passes through the paper guide roller and the tension control device to ensure the stable transportation of the paper in the production process.
Secondly, the corrugated forming part, which is the core part of the machine. It usually includes a heated metal roller and a corrugated roller with a convex shape. Raw paper when passing through these two rolls, under the action of pressure and heat, forming a corrugated shape. The type of corrugated can be single, double or three layers, according to the need to choose different corrugated roller.
Next is the glue part, corrugated forming, need to be coated in the corrugated raised part of the adhesive, in order to bond with another layer of cardboard. The ding is usually done by a adhesive roller to ensure uniform distribution of the adhesive.
Then is the composite part, the corrugated paper and another layer of base paper under the action of the pressure roller, forming double or three layers of corrugated board. During the composite process, the adhesive is cured under pressure and temperature to ensure the strength and stability of the cardboard.
Finally, the cooling and winding part, the composite corrugated board is cooled by a cooling roll to cure the adhesive, and the finished cardboard is rolled up through the winding device to facilitate subsequent cutting and packaging.
