A sheet rolling forming machine is a mechanical device used for processing plastics, metal or other materials. The working process mainly includes the following steps:
First, the operator places the prepared sheet on the feeding table of the machine. The size and thickness of the sheet shall be selected and adjusted according to the molding requirements.
Then, the machine starts, and the upper and lower rollers of the rolling forming machine begin to rotate. The upper drum can usually adjust the pressure to accommodate the sheets of different materials and thicknesses. The rotation of the drum drives the sheet to move forward and applies pressure on the sheet to shape it gradually.
During the rolling process, the sheet passes through a series of molded mold chambers. These chambers are designed according on the shape and size of the desired product to pressing the sheet into a specific shape. The molding cavity usually consists of multiple parts to ensure the accuracy of the molding process and the quality of the product.
With the continuous progress of the sheet, the molding process is gradually completed. The formed sheet is cut or separated at the outlet of the roller machine to form the final product. Cutting can be automatic or manual, depending on the design and production requirements of the machine.
Finally, the formed products are collected and processed later, such as cooling, grinding, or assembly. The whole rolling molding process is continuous and can achieve high efficient production.
The whole work process requires the operator to closely monitor the running state of the machine and the forming quality of the sheet, to ensure the smooth production process and the quality of the product. Through precise control and adjustment, the rolling molding machine can produce high quality products that meet the design requirements.
