3. It is best to use fast cooling medium for the entire rolling mill, which can reduce the working temperature of the roll by more than 50 degrees and prolong the service life. At the same time, the steel produced can be guaranteed to be rust-free for 3 to 6 months, and the rolling equipment can also be effectively protected. It is no longer necessary to replace the waste water, reducing the manufacturer's use cost and sewage discharge cost.
4. Carry out several experiments on the project to ensure the stable quality of the produced composite rolls and ensure that the service life of the composite rolls produced by new technology is increased to more than 3 times.
