Before operating the purlin forming machine, the operator should first be familiar with the performance, structure and operation methods of the equipment, and make the corresponding protection preparations. Ensure that the machine is placed in a reasonable position and the ground is flat and dry to avoid vibration and instability when the machine is running.
Before turning on the power supply, check whether the machine power supply and safety protection facilities are intact. At the same time, check whether the feeding port and outlet port are smooth, and the sensitivity of the cutting knife and braking mechanism, to ensure that the machine is in good working condition.
Before the formal operation, wear gloves, protective glasses and other personal protective equipment, to protect their own safety. Then, according to the mold installation requirements, install the upper mold and a lower mold first to ensure that the gap around the upper and lower mold mold is uniform, and the distance between the upper and lower mold is equal to the thickness of the required tile. Then, the above mold shall prevail, the work table rotation, install the rest of the lower mold. After all the installation, run the empty car to observe whether there is vibration, noise, and whether the movement of each part is coordinated.
After everything is normal, start to supply the metal strip into the machine. Note that the diameter of the strip should meet the requirements of the machine, and see no foreign matter at the feeding mouth. After the machine starts, always pay attention to the material quantity and discharge, adjust the feed quantity in time to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
When the machine is running for a period of time, metal chips should be properly added to clean up the ash spots. The power supply must be cut off during the cleaning process to ensure safety. After the operation, turn off the machine, cut off the power supply, clean and maintain the machine, coat the anti-corrosion lubricating oil, adjust the fastening screws, and do a good job of dust prevention and anti-corrosion work.
During the operation, if the machine fault or abnormal situation is found, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the technicians should be contacted for maintenance in time to avoid the damage to the parts or accidents caused by forced operation.
