The arch roof panel rolling forming machine is mainly used to process metal sheets into arch roof panels. Its working principle is as follows:
The first is the material release process. The metal coil is placed on the material release rack, and the material is gradually released through the rotation of the material release rack to provide continuous sheet raw materials for subsequent processing.
Next, the metal sheets are guided and leveled. The freshly released metal sheets may have some curvature or unevenness, so the guiding device ensures they enter the leveling machine accurately. The leveling machine uses multiple sets of rollers arranged vertically to apply a reverse bending force to the sheets, redistributing their internal stresses to achieve a flat state. This process lays a solid foundation for subsequent rolling and forming operations.
The crucial rolling forming step follows. The flat sheet is then fed into a rolling forming machine equipped with multiple sets of forming rolls. These rolls, designed with a pre-defined arch shape, sequentially and progressively deform the sheet through plastic deformation. As the sheet passes through each set of rolls, it is continuously bent and folded, ultimately forming the desired arch-shaped cross-section.
In the rolling process, the transmission system plays a vital role. The motor transmits power to each roller shaft through the reducer and other transmission components to ensure that the speed and linear speed of each roller shaft are consistent, so that the plate runs smoothly in the rolling process and ensures the forming accuracy.
Finally, the cutting process. When the arched roof panel reaches the set length, the cutting device starts and uses the cutting tool to cut the plate to get the finished arched roof panel with the size requirements.
