Double deck roof panel machine usage

2025-06-04

1. Equipment installation and debugging

Place the double-layer roof panel machine on a solid surface, ensuring there is ample space around it for easy operation and maintenance. When connecting the power supply, strictly follow the equipment's specified voltage and current requirements, using matching wires and sockets to prevent damage from electrical issues. After powering on, turn on the device's power switch and check if all indicator lights on the control panel are functioning correctly. Adjust the gap of the forming mold according to the required thickness of the roof panel, and calibrate the feeding guide device to ensure smooth and precise feeding of the panels.

2. Feed operation

Select raw material sheets that are of qualified quality and suitable size, and smoothly feed one end into the feeding port. Throughout the feeding process, ensure the sheet remains level and straight to prevent tilting or bending, which could affect the quality of the roof panel's formation. Additionally, closely monitor the feeding speed by adjusting the speed control button on the panel to keep it within the recommended range for optimal stability and uniformity in the sheet's formation.

3. Forming and discharge

The panels undergo a series of rolling processes inside the equipment, gradually forming the shape of a double-layer roof panel. During this process, operators must closely monitor the formation to ensure the surface is smooth and free from wrinkles or deformations. If any abnormalities are detected, the equipment should be immediately stopped to investigate the cause and make necessary adjustments. Once the roof panels are formed, they are slowly discharged through the outlet. Using appropriate supports and handling tools, the formed panels should be promptly transferred to the designated storage location, taking care to avoid damaging the panels during handling.
