Preparation before starting up
Check whether the appearance of the equipment is damaged and whether the bolts of each connection part are loose. If there are any problems, tighten or repair them in time.
Check each lubrication point of the equipment, add lubricating oil according to the regulations, and ensure that all parts operate flexibly.
Connect the power supply, check whether the voltage is normal, and whether the control buttons and indicator lights work normally.

The rolled steel strip is lifted to the feeding rack and fixed, and the position of the feeding rack is adjusted so that the steel strip can enter the feeding mechanism smoothly.
According to the specifications of the steel tile roof panel required, adjust the gap of the molding die and the position of the molding roller to ensure that the pressed plate type meets the requirements.
Start the equipment, first run it unloaded to observe whether all parts of the equipment operate normally and whether there is any abnormal noise. After normal unloaded operation, slowly introduce the steel strip into the feeding mechanism to make the steel strip gradually enter the forming die.
In the process of steel strip forming, closely observe the plate shape and forming condition. If the plate shape is not regular or there are scratches on the surface, stop the machine immediately for adjustment.
After the steel tile roof panel is formed, it is cut according to the set length by the cutting device. The operator needs to move the cut plate to the designated place and stack it neatly in time.
Shut down procedure
After the production task is completed, stop feeding first, and then turn off the power supply of the main engine after all the steel strips in the equipment are processed.
Clean up the debris and iron filings on the surface of the equipment and workbench, and maintain the equipment.
Turn off the main power supply, tidy up the tools and clean the work area.
