Operation Guidelines  

1. Pre-Start Preparation: Thoroughly inspect all equipment components for secure connections, particularly transmission chains and belts, to prevent malfunctions caused by looseness. Ensure the electrical system is functioning properly with stable voltage and no leakage. Apply an appropriate amount of lubricant to all lubrication points to guarantee smooth operation.  

 

2. Material Preparation: Select sheet materials that meet specifications, ensuring thickness and width are compatible with the equipment. The sheet surface should be flat, free of noticeable scratches, rust, or other defects that may compromise forming quality. Position the sheets appropriately for convenient feeding.  

 

3. Operation Procedures: After starting the machine, allow it to idle for several minutes to observe the operation of all components, confirming no abnormal noises or jamming issues. Gradually feed the material and adjust the forming speed based on sheet thickness and material type to ensure stable processing. During operation, closely monitor the equipment's status, promptly remove debris, and maintain cleanliness.  

 

Key Considerations  

1. Safety Measures: Operators must wear proper protective gear, such as helmets and gloves. During operation, never touch moving parts or forming sheets to prevent accidents.  

 

2. Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, inspecting wear-prone components like rollers and molds, and replace severely worn parts promptly. Remove dust and debris from the equipment interior to extend service life.  

 

3. Quality Control: Continuously inspect the quality of formed roof panels, checking for compliance with shape requirements and surface smoothness. If quality issues arise, promptly adjust equipment parameters or molds to ensure product standards are met.
