In addition, when the cut burr is found to be too large and undesirable, it is because the blade is not sharp enough, so it should be dealt with in time. Otherwise, too seriously, you may damage the blade or the abrasive.
3. Maintenance and maintenance of stamping dies. The maintenance of the die is the same as the maintenance of the die. When it is found that the die is not sharp enough, the die needs to be flattened to make it sharper.
4. Maintenance and repair of transmission mechanism. For cold bending machines, the friction of the transmission mechanism is very serious. Here, we mean the transmission mechanism: chain, gear, reducer and so on. When these parts work under high intensity for a long time, the wear rate will be accelerated, so we should pay special attention to the lubrication treatment of these parts. Once the tool is connected, the gears and gears should be lubricated every half hour. The reducer should check the oil level every ten days. The amount added each time should be determined according to the actual situation.
5. Maintenance and repair of circuits. Problems in the circuit are more troublesome, so more attention should be paid to protection in peacetime.
