1、 There should be a certain buffer zone between the feeding rack, leveling machine, punching machine, and forming machine, and the thicker the material, the longer the buffer zone should be left. When installing these devices, they must be in a straight line (i.e. the raw materials must be in a straight line), otherwise it may cause production difficulties.
2、 The ground for installing the cold bending machine production line should be flat and sturdy.
3、 The place where the equipment is installed should not be damp or exposed to rainwater.
4、 Select the appropriate size of cable according to the power of the equipment. If the cable does not meet the requirements, it may burn out or even cause the equipment to burn out.
