Drive structure on roll forming machine

1、 Chain drive name is empty.
Use several chains to connect all the lower shafts and drive only the lower shaft. This driving method can provide the upper shaft with greater driving adjustment capability. Chain drive has the advantage of low cost and is generally used on relatively low-cost molding machines.
2、 Gear drive structure
Gear transmission should generally only be on the lower shaft. If both the upper and lower shafts are driven by a gear transmission structure, the adjustable height between the upper and lower shafts will be small. Gear transmission structures are generally used on low-priced machines, with lower cost. The noise generated by equipment with gear transmission structure is relatively high.
3、 Synchronous box drive structure
A plurality of synchronization boxes are connected by a plurality of universal joint and powered by one or more motors. This structure is used on expensive and high-precision forming machines, and it does not generate too much noise and has a relatively long service life.
4、 Single motor drive structure.
A shaft is driven by a motor, which is a high cost structure that is currently not commonly seen in the entire industry. It is generally used on equipment that requires a large driving force, such as when the profile has high hardness and the material is thick.
