Operators should be careful, serious, and responsible in implementing various procedures for the operation of the molding machine.
2、 When the rolling forming machine is running, there should be no debris on the machine table to prevent vibration from falling into the rollers during the production process and causing equipment damage.
3、 Before each startup of the molding machine, lubricating oil should be added to each refueling point that needs lubrication.
4、 Before feeding and production, the machine should be started up and idle to check whether the equipment operates normally, and then feed and produce.
5、 During production, non operating personnel are prohibited from approaching the equipment, especially for fast production molding machines, as approaching may cause harm to personal safety. During the production process, operators are not allowed to approach rotating parts. If operation or maintenance is required, the machine must be stopped before operation.
6、 During the production process, always pay attention to the operating status of the equipment, pay attention to any abnormal sounds or vibrations, and promptly detect and handle them.
7、 To produce one or two hours, it is necessary to add lubricating oil to each refueling point.
8、 Every half an hour of production, the workpiece produced by the rolling forming machine needs to be measured to check whether the accuracy meets the standards.
9、 Operators are not allowed to leave the production position without authorization. If they need to leave, they must first stop the operation of the equipment.
10、 Before leaving work, the equipment should be turned off and cleaned. Develop a habit of cleaning before starting and after work every day.
11、 Strictly implement the system of dedicated personnel starting the machine, and assign responsibility to each individual. If problems arise, it is easy to hold individuals accountable. So, during the handover, the handover procedure should be strictly followed. During the handover, any problems that occur should be recorded in a timely manner, and the equipment performance and operating status should be recorded for handover.
