Introduction to Rollfomer type cold bending forming machin

Roll cold bending forming is a process in which a metal strip passes through several pairs of perforated rollers in sequence, and is fed forward with the rotation of the rollers while being continuously bent to obtain the desired cross-sectional shape of the workpiece. It can be seen that roll bending forming is a continuous bending forming method. Figure 2 shows the forming of the plate strip at different sections of the second pair of rollers in Figure 1. The strip begins to bend and deform at the entrance of the roller, and moves forward at the same time. When it reaches the center section 4 of the roller, the forming in the second pair of rollers ends, passes through the rollers, and then enters the third pair of rollers.
Cold Roll Forming is a plastic processing method in which the entire length of a strip passes through multiple different passes, gradually bending and deforming locally, and the full section shape gradually approaches the finished section shape, ultimately obtaining a product with a uniform cross-section throughout the entire length. The pass is formed by the contour of two or more forming rollers (also known as rollers or rollers) with a certain shape, and the forming rollers may be horizontal or vertical. Hole shape is one of the important influencing factors on product quality and productivity. The forming roller is installed on the rack and is responsible for driving the plate and belt forward. The forming roller is driven by an electric motor through the transmission system. Generally, only the horizontal roller is the active roller, while the vertical roller is often the passive roller. Each stand is called a forming machine, and each forming machine is equipped with two or more forming rollers. Each forming unit consists of two or more forming machines.
