Working principle of sheet material manufacturing machine

1. Material supply: Sheet making machines usually require the supply of materials into the equipment. Materials can be plastic particles, metal blocks, or other types of materials. The supply method can be either manually fed or actively fed into the system.

2. Heating and melting: Once the material enters the machine, it undergoes a process of heating and melting. This is usually accomplished by providing thermal energy through heating elements such as electric heaters or gas heaters. The heat energy causes the material to reach the melting point, resulting in a more plastic molten state.

3. Extrusion: The molten material will be fed into the extruded tissue, usually a screw or piston. This organization will exert pressure to push molten materials into the mold or squeeze them out. The design of extrusion organization may vary depending on the required sheet shape and size.

4. Cooling and solidification: Once the material leaves the extruded tissue through the extrusion port, it will enter the cooling area. In this area, after contact with cooling media such as water or air, the molten material will gradually cool and solidify. This helps to maintain the desired shape and size of the material.

5. Cutting and collection: After cooling and curing, the sheet material will be cut into the required length or shape. This can be completed through cutting knives, serrations, or other cutting devices. The cut sheets will be collected or transported to subsequent processing steps.
