Forming machines are mainly divided into standard type, drawing cutting type, horizontal type, universal type, vertical type, gear type, crank type, hydraulic type, contour type, and moving head, with the most common being horizontal arrangement. Vertical forming machines are usually equipped with a turntable to process curved surfaces (similar to the idea in spiral planing). Vertical forming machines are essentially the same as slotting machines, but technically speaking, if a true vertical forming machine is defined as a machine that can move the slider in a vertical direction, it can be distinguished.
