The fixing screw should be selected according to the service life of the structure, and the thickness of the purlin should not exceed the self-drilling capacity of the screw. In addition, except for the screws for fixing the concealed buckle, other screws are equipped with waterproof washers, and there are corresponding special washers for lighting panels and special wind pressure.
5. The installation of the color board is easier to master, and the processing of some details is more important. For the color board used for the roof, the corresponding edge work should be carried out on the roof and the eaves, the purpose is to prevent the rainwater from entering the roof more effectively.
6. In the south, the color panels are generally designed as single-layer color panels. In order to reduce the solar radiation heat entering the building, when installing the roof panel, you can install the thermal insulation layer in the roof system. There is a very simple, cost-effective and effective method of laying a double-sided reflective foil film over the purlins or slats before installing the roofing steel sheet, which also acts as a vapor barrier to reduce condensation. If the sagging depth of the film between the supports is allowed to reach 50~75mm, the air layer between the film and the roof panel will further improve the thermal insulation effect.
